Real estate sure is an enticing investment when compared to other options like the stock market or a savings account.

Even if they’re not ready to buy right now, they’ll appreciate hearing from you and knowing that you’re still interested in helping them find their perfect home. Remember, if you forget them, they will forget you. Don’t let that happen by staying in touch often.

Next, don’t give up. A recession may be a challenging time, but it’s not going to last forever. So keep plugging away, and eventually you’ll come out on top.

And finally, stay positive. Unplugging from the news can do wonders for your attitude. Buyers and sellers want to work with people who are positive and upbeat, so make sure you check your attitude each day.
