2. Set priorities and focus on the most important tasks first. This will help you use your time more effectively. Ever heard of Eat That Frog? Tackle the biggest hardest bite first and the rest comes easy.
3. Delegate tasks whenever possible. This will free up your time so you can focus on the tasks that only you can do. I subscribe to the method of Eliminate, Automate, Delegate. First, can I eliminate this task? If not, then can I automate it? If not, then let’s delegate it!
4. Stay organized and keep track of your appointments, contacts, and tasks using a CRM system or other tools. This will help you maximize your efficiency and avoid missed opportunities. 5. Use technology to your advantage by automating repetitive tasks and using productivity-boosting apps and software. This will save you time and help you work more efficiently. Again, number 3, Eliminate, Automate, then Delegate. Automation rocks!
