3. Delegate tasks whenever possible. This will free up your time so you can focus on the tasks that only you can do. I subscribe to the method of Eliminate, Automate, Delegate. First, can I eliminate this task? If not, then can I automate it? If not, then let’s delegate it!
4. Stay organized and keep track of your appointments, contacts, and tasks using a CRM system or other tools. This will help you maximize your efficiency and avoid missed opportunities.
